Directions: Wash up in the shower as normal, rinse off soap, move away from the running water, gently massage scrub into damp skin, rinse off, lightly PAT DRY and rub the excess oil into your skin.
Caution: oils will make your bath/ shower slippery, so please be careful getting out. Please take into account your skin sensitivity and do a patch test before applying all over body.
